2 years of Bliss !!!!

Well it seems just like yesterday that I had joined NITIE and we were being inducted through the TOPA sessions and I used to roam around the college looking quizzically at people and making friends with them. But then what began is history... Prerana happened it changed my life completely. I got an opportunity to contribute to NITIE in a big way. Those sleepless nights I spent churning out basics for everything right from dockets to mails to invites made me fall in love with Prerana. Prerana 2007 was a smash hit and my team set a benchmark which would be always appreciated by the previous PMGs. Whatever else happened - happened in between the times I was involved in Prerana.... summers... festivals...parties...outings etc. etc. So so it becomes all the more nostalgic for me when i sit back n think about my 2 years of bliss at NITIE campus. Though there always is a hunger ... could have done this also n could have done that also... but all is fair when you see how Prerana 2007 unfolded.

A recent book by an ex-alumus from a top B School has expanded the acronym MBA as Mediocre but Arrogant. I sometimes wonder how true can simple words can capture the reflect ion of the masses. Yes many MBAs from top tier B Schools may not be as great as the top 2% students from these elite business schools but yes they would certainly not accept this. I found a decent number of such enlightened individuals at NITIE too but it was a learning in itself. I have always believed that b schools teach you outside the classroom rather than inside them. NITIE was awesome experience for this very reason.

I have met and made some very great friends on campus and the party which was on with them for the past one and half years has come to an end. Now when everyone gets busy with their individual corporate endeavors it would always be a welcome site to get an odd ping or a scrap or a mail from them and I sincerely feel we keep sharing the milestones which we reach in our personal n professional careers.

This is a snapshot of the random feelings I have about NITIE at this hour, but i would like to recall all the life at NITIE and post detailed experiences. Lets see how ell do I remember.
